Most of your blogs seem to be like a wish list any employee will have from your boss or grudges against some manager you worked with.
When you say management, it goes well beyond employer-employee relationship. I guess both employer and employee should work for a common goal and not for each other. In the long run employer has to think of business viability and not just pleasing employees by giving bonuses.
What is most important in organisation is transparency and fair play.
I agree with you partially Nisha. I agree that both employee and employer have to work together for common goal... Abt management. You can divide management into various aspects in the company like Project management, Resource management, Company Strategy, Financial Management etc... Current sequence of comments are more related to resource management. I will try to add stuff across the spectrum though... Thanks for your comments..
